CHIPS PROTOCOL is a decentralized Layer 1 blockchain operated and maintained by Block Labs. It is designed for developers, validators, and users seeking a fast, low-fee blockchain environment.

Use at Your Own Risk

* Block Labs does not control or guarantee the performance of the CHIPS PROTOCOL blockchain once deployed.
* All interactions with CHIPS PROTOCOL are at your own risk.
* We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from use, misuse, or technical issues.

### No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by Block Labs constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Always do your own research.

### User Conduct

You agree not to:

* Use CHIPS PROTOCOL for illegal activities (including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing)
* Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
* Infringe on others’ intellectual property rights

### Third-Party Services

Some services (e.g., wallets, bridges, explorers) are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their performance, content, or data practices.

### Intellectual Property

All content created by Block Labs, including our name, logo, and website materials, are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use requires prior written permission.

### Restricted Use <a href="#restricted-use" id="restricted-use"></a>

You must not use the Product or Service:

* If you are under the age of 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you) or if you are not legally able to enter into a binding legal agreement with us or you acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf, of a person under 18 years (or below the age of majority as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you);
* If you reside in a country in which access to cryptocurrency trading  from one of the following countries:
  * Afghanistan
  * Algeria
  * Bangladesh
  * China
  * Egypt
  * Iraq
  * Morocco
  * Nepal
  * North Macedonia
  * Qatar
  * Tunisia
  * Afghanistan
  * Pakistan
  * Kuwait
  * USA and its territories
  * All FATF Blacklisted countries,
* To disrupt or unduly affect or influence the activities of other Users or the operation of the Service generally;
* To scrape or violate any of our Intellectual Property Rights; or
* For any unlawful activity whatsoever.

### Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to our website or services at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.

### Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Belize, unless otherwise required by law.

### Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify users by updating the Effective Date and posting the revised version on our site.
